Take a look at our Class Timetable, we have classes to suit all fitness levels and ages! Our classes are held upstairs in our Air Condition Studio, classes ideally need to be pre-booked to guarantee you a place as some of our classes are very popular and we wouldn’t want you to miss out!

Body Burn – Effective conditioning workout using studio equipment mixed with aerobic combinations and mat based core work.

Boxfit – Boxfit is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, fuctional and circuit training with an emphasis based on Boxing. Expect to burn lots of calories, tone up and have fun!

Cardio Combat – Is a high energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed.

Circuit/TRX conditioning – TRX suspension training combines strength and flexibility. Uses your own body weight from different angles to engage more muscle groups at the same time.

DanceFit – DanceFit with Pip is a fun and energetic aerobic based dance fitness class. 45-60 minutes of non-stop movement to music to improve all aspects of your fitness.

Fab Abs – A fully comprehensive core/abdominal workout that hits all core muscle groups designed to strengthen, sculpt and tone up your mid-section.

HIIT – HIIT is a max interval workout that conditions the whole body and is guaranteed to get your heart pumping. Sessions consist of various high intensity exercises including plyometrics & endurance, strength & balance and agility & co-ordination providing a comprehensive interval workout.  Suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced, as all the moves can be modified to suit participant’s fitness level.

Insanity –  A cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.

Kettlebells – Using Kettlebells as resistance to develop and strengthen parts of the body that often get neglected. High repetition movements ideal for shaping up and stregthening the whole body. A big calorie burner which it turn means more fat loss!

Lunch Time Circuits – Crank the 2nd half of your day into 5th gear. Get in, get out, job done!

Muscle Mix – Muscle Mix is a circuit based class with focuses on hitting a mixture of the main muscle groups. This class is designed to turn up and burn calories.

PiYo – Combining Pilates and yoga into a challenging and body sculpting workout.

Pump No Limits – A barbell workout targeting all the main muscle groups, designed to strengthen, condition and tone the whole body in one complete workout. Classes are primarily performed using barbells, but they also incorporate weight plates and bodyweight exercises. Each muscles group is worked on via series of compound and isolation based exercises with a focus on muscular endurance.

Spinning – An intense cardiovascular workout on stationary bikes with resistance. Ideal for weight loss and increased cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all levels.

Super Circuits – Get your heart pumping and feel the burn with this whole body workout using anything from Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, Floor Ladders etc… designed to deliver great results in minimum time.

Tone ‘n’ Sculpt – Is a full bodyweight toning class focusing on the body’s main muscle groups and core muscles. An excellent total body sculpt to make you firmer and feeling great.
